Serving schools, towns, and small businesses, I handle hardware repairs and software problems, software and hardware upgrades, Internet setup, installations, virus removal and user training. I have developed and taught courses such as "Build your own computer" and "Upgrading your computer" for Mouse in the House Computer Learning Centers. I am a factory authorized reseller and service representative for Raven computers.

Chaired committee during NEASC reaccredidation process. Oversaw committee work during the most sweeping curriculum changes Dean has seen in the last 20 years. Dean was recently fully reaccredited for 10 years.

Designed and implemented a program of testing designed to assess students’ abilities to successfully use computer software. In charge of hiring and training proctors, exam design, grade reporting,, and related administrative duties.

Taught Computer Science and Mathematics, was the system manager for Various Minicomputers ranging from a DEC CLASSIC OS/8, a PDP-11 running RSTS/E, to a Data General MV4000 Minicomputer. Was responsible for account management, software installations, backup, test correction, staff training, recommending purchase of peripherals and software packages, staff training, ordering supplies, and writing administrative software packages.
